Who finalises the deal?
Notarial transfer is performed by a notary — Verido is not a party to the transaction. The platform sequences the steps (tax assessment, notary appointment) and shares data only for that purpose.
What is the Verido Rental Room?
Verido Rental Room is a digital container for the entire rental process — contract, deposit in escrow held by an independent escrow service or licensed payment institution, inventory and repairs in one cryptographically protected place.
How is the rental deposit protected?
The deposit is held in escrow only through an independent escrow service or licensed payment institution. Verido does not hold user funds. The deposit is released only after a documented move-out — not when the contract is signed.
