Seller and buyer proceed through the encrypted Verido Deal Room with a preliminary contract and a traceable audit trail through to the notary.
Notary transaction
The final phase runs in the encrypted Verido Deal Room with a preliminary contract; every action is sealed with a cryptographic timestamp (SHA-256) through to the transfer of ownership.
